Thanks you arhie & all of you for responding to my query.I was really relieved to read the replies. My heart feels a little light now.

Archie to your query on my yoga, I've learnt the art under the guidance of a teacher 3 yrs back & I do Suryanamaskaram, bujangasan, chakrasan, Halasan, & few other simple ones. This time I'd done them only till my 16th day.
If I do not do this, then, I'll never ovulate / get periods (that's what I noted for past few months.) Is it still harmful for me?

Rohini archie replied. If you are in USA, Rohini, you must use OPK and do continue yoga until you find positive OPK but should abstain from the very day you get positive OPK.
Should you not live in USA or Western World then try to learn more about BBT/CM measurements and figure out ovulation. All I am telling is soon you know you are ovulation you should put off for these exercise.
As far as I know Suryanamaskaram and Bhujangasan can be heavy while ttc, however no scientific support to substantiate this statement, it will be your will to continue or not.
