My 11 month baby was diagnosed with bronchiolites from viral infection last week.Intially she was having mild fever, followed by running nose then cough.later after 3 days she had wheezing.though now she has no fever, she still has cough (sometimes very bad).
How long does it takes for her to cure completely?is this something to worry?we dont have any history of asthma/wheezing in our families.
she refuses to take any food.i had force her to take some food.Is there any special food that i can give? she is active and behaving normal.
what can be given for her cough? any home remedy?
what shud be done to prevent repeated attack? What can be done to boost her immunity?any herbal medicines?
she weighs 8.6 kg at the end of 11 month.last few month she has been very fussy while eating bcoz of teething.earlier,at the end of 9 month she was 8.4kg.her birth weight was 5.1 pounds.
pls help.

She was suffering from rsv viral infection. My mother was suffering from cold attack last week.may my baby got from her.My baby has been a healthy baby and never had any fever or cold till now.
We dont have history of frequent cold attacks in our families except whenever we vist india,my hubby gets unwell with cold.
Now she doesnt have any fever.but still suffers from cough(now n then) and running nose.she also has chest congestion.i'm applying (boiled neem oil with garlic) on her chest.
