Thanks Kirti.I got my prolactin tested,its fine.Actually I am overweight.I am 5ft 4\";,64kg.One year back i was weighing 73kg.But still i am 8-9kg overweight. Now i am unable to reduce further.I am avoiding sugary,fatty food,but still not able to reduce further.i am working ,not getting enough time to exercise,but i am walking 30-40 minutes daily regularly.Pls suggest what to do to reduce weight and for ovalution.

Hi all
I am a silent reader of this board,and have posted queries on and off on this board
I am a victiom of PCos too, had to go on medication for this to conceive and have a 20 month old baby by God's grace.
I need to lose weight ,as i am overweight and this is causing lot of health problems
madhu-i remember reading that u lost weight around 7-8 kgs ,Could u tell me
how to reduce that weight ,Also kirti could u give me some tips
I have cravings for food and when i read on net it said people with Pcos have lot of cravings for Carbohydrates
I lose the motivation to lose weight soon and end up eating,Then all the efforts i took to control food and Exercise goes waste,Don't know wat ot do.
Moerver i have kept second issue on the bCKSEAT ALSO bcs of this weight issue,bcs i read overweight can lead to miscarriages too(I had 2 miscarriages around 7 weeks bfore i had my daughter).Iam worried abtall this and i cannot think of anything else then loosing weight
I am going to GYm on weekdays but food contrl(specially fatty foods is getting impossible)
I need tips to reduce altleast lose 7 kgs to make it 70kgs

hii,
We're on the same boat, I also trying to loose weight but no success.Just include Protein in ur diet, If u r vegetarian as i m ,u can take Eggs,cheese,Beans etc....And if nonveg.U can take anything .Just make ur servings small..like if u r eating 3 times a day ..Make it 6 times a day but small meals.
Have u done HSG.Just tell me wht u r doing to reduce that weight coz u lost so much .
