I am having PCOS ,not getting period without medication,clomid not working.Doctors have advised HMG injections.I am really feeling sad and depressed.Please write ur success stories so that i can have some hope.Please do write how long were u on ttc,what treatment u took and how long u took to get pregnant,especially sunhine,pari,anupma,sindhu......It will be of great help for people like us.

What I did diff in the month I got preg

1.Relaxed a lot
2.Drank lot of water/juices
3.Did my follicular study
4.Bedded on ovulation
5.DID HANUMAN CHALISA so God gives strength to the lille sperms and thereafter continued to do so every day to protect my baby from any unforeseen problems
6.Also took Evening Primrose oil, as I was not having egg-white mucus.
7.Took baby aspirin as well

The last 2 points were not prescribed by any doctor; i read lot of ladies who got preggy after taking those, ths y just took a chance ..but I know it is foolish :-)

Pls try the same and blive me it will work, in few cycles
usha replied. Thank u all,ur mails were really helpful,i am feeling better and hope that i can also conceive.I will try to reduce more weight.i have done u/s after having clomid n it shows i am not ovulating.So i don't feel i need Hsg, first i should ovulate. pari replied. hi usha!!

my cause of infertility was unknown. that was the most terrible thing bcoz to treat something, u must know the cause. i was ovulating well. sperm count was normal. i had hysterosalpingogram (explained by chafa here). it revealed no blockage. its just a diagnostic procedure but the force of the dye sometimes causes some blockages to open. but my tubes were open. so it didnt help. we tried for almost one and a half years. i was put on clomid for 3 months and i conceived during the third cycle of clomid. that month my husband had also swithched to boxers. i really dont know how i conceived. probably the clomid caused me to superovulate.
one of my friends has two cysts in her ovaries. she is not overweight or diabetic. the doc said she cant conceive till the cysts are cured but she did. now she is two months pregnant.
hopingfortejas also had pcos. she can tell her story well if she sees ur msg.
dont worry. im sure u will conceive soon. i know this is really a hard time. keep urself as busy and relaxed as possible.

pari. chafa replied. I had PCOS 7 years back. I had higer prolactin level for which I was getting treated with bromocriptene. Clomid made me ovulate but I did not concieve. Main concern was I was overweight. So if you are overweight, please start on excercise program. PCOS is somewhat related to overweight people. I reduced 35 pounds. Month prior I concieved my daughter, I did HSG(hysterosalpingogram)which is X-ray of the uterus and fallopian tubes. The dye which they use to get this done, dissolves any obstruction in tubes. In a way this is treatment for infertility. I concieved immediately next month naturally. I have heard lot of cases like me about getting pg after HSG. To concieve I have gone through lot of rollercoaster. I wish this info helps you and gives you hope as I have 4 year old and expecting again. kirti replied. Hav u checked ur Prolactin Level,If it is higher u hav to take some medication and then hopefully ur periods will be regular.
