hi,
i am married for 4 years.we have a two year old baby. Actually my husband lost his mom at 15yrs of age. I dont know if this has affected him but he is very immature. like wen i see other men talk in his age group I feel he cant communicate at thier level. since communication is very imp in any relation i really want him 2 improve which will improve his personality too. we both love eachother a lot. but just his speech his thinking sometimes is so child like. this thing is also affecting his work now. please give me some ideas as to how to make him matured. I keep advising him sometimes he even listens but after a while he back to same. plz find time and reply.

This could be solved step by step.In one aspect imaturity is due to lack of knowledge. Say if he does not know much about parenting,cars,health issues, then increase his knowledge in that area by giving him tips which could be gathered from several books and net search. Give him latest updates of certain areas,arouse his interest and also ask him to gather some more information on his own. Appreciate wherever he shows his slightest talent. Boost his self confidence. Watch good movies. Later discuss and dont hurt him in discussions. Advanced Grammar books can increase his speaking correctly. After all no one on earth has fullest knowledge of anything.
