Feeding:Balanced Diet

I have a 13 months old daughter. I just want to know whether the diet she takes is a balanced one. In the morning, I give her cerelac/cornflakes with milk followed by a banana after 2 hours, Khichdi with vegetables in the lunch, milk with biscuits in the evening, daliya at night at about 7.30 p.m. and finally around 5 ounces of milk while going to bed. She doesn't take chappati soaked in dal and if forced, she vomits. Right now, she has only 4 front teeth. People say that by this age, she should start eating what adults eat. Please suggest.

I personally feel that at night u should try and give her some solid food to last the night , since only milk is not enough. Why dont u try and soak chapatti in milk and give her. My son who is 10 month loves this. He takes chappati soaked in milk and with each bite i also take little bit of banana(yellow ones ) .He loves this combination. also try out various combinations of fruits mix for night . like apple and peach mix etc., also is u'll eat non-veg u can start giving her egg white which is a good form of protein. Also now try to give her all the food that u'll eact in small bites so that she learns to use her front teeth. ALso fruits u can cut into small pieces and give her.
