Feeding:food allergy munmun & other moms

Name: pooja

Hi,
Its becoming very difficult to avoid wheat products. Almost everything has wheat in it. I had never heard of eczema in India. My DD has very mild eczema. Its not like she bloats or chokes when she takes food like peanuts, wheat or egg whites.I believe very few people test for food allergies there. Even if we had any, we might have outgrown even with exposure. I tried avoiding all the foods that she is allergic to & still she got mild eczema. So I am just going to totally avoid egg whites which for which she has very high allergy & give her all the other unavoidable foods (except peanuts)such as wheat seldomly. If anyone wants to share recipes with no wheat in it,pls do so & it will help a lot of moms here.
Thanks,
Pooja
