Any calls from NPS Rajajinagar for 2010-11 - Nurseries and Schools Discussion Forum

Dear parents
Did any of u received any call from NPS rajaji nagar for the admission in LKG for the year 2010-2011. Please update if anyone got a call from the school.

rb replied. hi..so how many of you got calls from the school..i called up the school and they said that my daughter' s name was not there in the list...wonder what criteria they take into account while selecting the without even seeing the child or meeting the parents. But it is for sure that they do not take children whose parents are into academics stream..They prefer to take children of parents working in IT companies... Sharvi replied. Dear all
I got the call from NPS school today afternoon. I have been asked to pay thr DD of Rs. 74,250/-. Please update from ur side also. KR replied. I called up the school today regading montessori admission.
They said, it will be finalized before the end of this week.
rb replied. i called up the school today and they said that we may expect a call by next monday...anybody has any updates? sharvi replied. I called the school yesterday and they said they' ll call after 15 or 16th. But till 16th they have golden jubilee celebration. Let us wait and see..... KR replied. golden jubilee celebration which started last weekend is getting over by this friday...so i guess the whole admission process will gain momentum starting next week. vidumah replied. I had just called the school, it seems they have again postponed the dates for selection process, we may expect call after 15/12/09. keshav replied. i was told that if shortlisted, we would receive a call from them in a weeks time. KR replied. I called the school yesterday, they said, admission status will be known in another one week.

dear friends

hi all,
thanks for ur wishes. Regarding fees we paid 74250 for the whole year. Apart from this they don´ t collect anything. Transport is according to our convenience. Since we go for private transport we didn´ t enquire about the school transport fees. Uniforms can be separately(around 2000)bought. Books may cost around 2000 in next June after re-open.
Ya, we both are working. We are not in academics. We are PG holders in engineering.
When we were paying the fees two parents were enquiring in the office about why their children were not selected. One among them was having her first son studying there. The answer was that they got 4000 applications and they consider alumni kids, staff kids, siblings, nearer locality etc. And some kids have to be left out bcos all those who have applied can´ t be selected.
I also wanted to tell u that my elder one is also studying there. I was worried bcos it was not sure all the sibling category kids will get admission.

Good School

You can consider Brigade School @ Gateway. It is a new school. But same management is already running two other schools. I´ ve heard good feedback about them.

Brigade school management is very professional in the way how they handle the application process, interaction with the kid etc.

Which school would be best apart from NPS

Congrats !! But until now we didn´ t get any call. I think it´ s all done. It´ ok . Please can somebody suggests some other good schools near to Rajajinagar, Basaveshwaranagar,Malleshwaram.
I heard Sri Vani Basaveshwaranagar,
Cluny convent Mallesahwaram ,
Venkat are good.

Which would be the best option ?? Pls suggest.

Fee for LKG in NPS Rajajinagar

Hi,
Congrats!! Is it the fee is only 74250 or we need to pay some additional money . As i have heard some one saying fees is 85000.
