how r u ..i hope everythg is fine ..i read abt rectal bleeding topic ..i would like to tell u somethg abt it
1) rectal bldg is usually caused by putting pressure on veins around ur rectum ..these veins usually r little swollen in 3rd trimister so if u apply pressure during stool it will cause these veind to leak blood (as on case of a rash )
2) so u first need to see how often it is n DR ya u must let him know ..usually it is not serious until u have bleeding on ur panty
3) few weks before i was suffering severe costipation frm 3 days i had lot of gas ...u know immediately i notice that i was not having enough fruits n only eating gassy foods like dal n lentils n apple which was causing all this ...
4)u can start up with fruits atleast three type a day ..n before eating lunch n dinner try to eat salad ..my plate included one cucumber , one carrot n one tomato in lunch n dinner ..within 2 days touch wood my system was alright ..i didn' t have to apply pressure during stools ...avoid maida or thgs made of maida few days if u can ...
5) rest nothg to worry i hope i m helpful to u take care
