Thank you so much for replying , hetal can u give me some food suggestion and can i use whole wheat flour to make pancake or muffin and give that as breakfast to rishabh , rishabh dont like to drink diluted juice , is it ok if i give 100% juice ?

Can u share the recipe for wheat/mixed flour pancakes. Do u add egg in the pancakes? Waiting for your reply.

Rgds. Hetal replied. yes you can give it a try..if your baby was comfortable with multigrain cereal or roti soaked in dal,,he is not expected to show ne uneasiness or discomforts with wheat flour pancakes..avoid maida though.
whnever you give these pancakes,,load it with finely chopped fruits esp the pears,chopped grapes or atleast some pieces of apricots,,reason fibr and wheat will get digested well ! also ripe banana is great idea.

you can give 100% juice from 11months onwards,,check for ne reflux or heartburn if at all your baby has shown,,otherwise there is no probsss
