what do all working mothers think......what is more safe and healthy for your child????keeping them with maids alone back at home or keeping them in creche/day care.....pls give your suggestions and views as presentlt i am facing this problem

should i work

its a very big question for me right now, should carrer take a step ahead of raising kids? my son is 3 now & school will begin but i dont have a good place to keep him in, i dont know if day care is better or maid, i tried day care but he cries a lot as he is not used to & i m scared of keeping maid as i have bad experience in past

I would definitely not consider a maid, basically for 2 reasons -
1, they are so unpredictable, they would threaten to leave everytime someone offers them a couple of hundred more than what you give.
2, I would not risk my child with 1 person in a closed vicinity. Who knows how your child is dealt with behind your back. A moment gone is gone forever. Moreover getting your child out to a day care would be so good developmentally for your child.

Hi,

Pls. check the creche well enough before enrolling your child. If possible do request the owner to provide you the contact numbers of few other parents to gather their feedback and if need be do collect the same from other older children in the creche. We had an extremely bitter experience in one of the creches where my child was hurt so badly and was neglected that we had to seek the help of police and after their intervention several other parents got conscious and took away their children. They certainly are a good option than maids but, do check it out. All the best!

Pls advice.
I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
