Womens Issues:i dont know wat to do!

I have been married for 2 years and I one baby.
my husband had been very caring throughout my preganancy but now after i delivered hes changed.. we had a love marrriage. we live alone. even before marriage we hit eachother had lotsa arguments on silly issues. and its the same again... we both love eachother a lot... just somehow we end up passing silly comments and increases the fight... i dont want my baby to see all this wen he grows older. please can u suggest me on how i should control my temper. coz i want to improve myself first and then can take decisions. wat do u think. i feel like dying sometimes and so does he... we really want our marriage 2 work. both our parents think we are very happy.

Hi Shikha,

Fighting in marriage life is very normal, so don’t feel that because you have love marriage or whatever reason you are fighting with your husband and vice versa. Fights are going to happen on silly and small arguments, you can control it. It is very easy, just don’t argue back. Most people when they argue they want to give the last argument, it has nothing to do with ego. It is very simple human nature.

When I was young I had very short tamper but now it is very hard for anyone to get me fired up. I took martial arts training. There was a phase in my life few months back where I was getting mad on no time, I join gym and again it is gone. Sometimes, we get bored from the same routine. Change in life always makes you happy. I go to gym with my wife and workout separately. We switch exercise each day, 1st reason we can talk about and discuss about why I was doing it, 2nd reason it is really good for your body and mind.

Chameli gave you good tip about yoga and meditation but, I rather workout with loud house/trance music in my ipod. It gets pumped and I feel so fresh all day long. It is very true if your day starts fresh you will be fresh till you go to sleep. I don’t get bored at work even if I don’t have work.

Major reason for silly and small arguments and fights are no change in your daily routine. No work during your working hours. No excitement in your conversation. Try to change your daily routine with single addition or change and you will see the results.

Thanks so much for this. Its really true I have the same routine daily and also my husband n me now dont talk during the day wen he is at work so wen he gets back home we have our little things to share, its been two days only very early to say but atleast in these two days i think its getting better. thanks so much,

You can join yoga classes or try some meditation early in the morning.Make a routine for urself and strictly follow it.Try this if it works.
