Before my marriage, I was working in a firm in India and had a strong infatuation for my boss. It actually was both sided. He confided his feelings later on and also confessed that he is engaged and it cant break the relationship with his fiancée at that point. Might sound strange but he also took a lot of monetary help from me coz his fiancée used to be a money control freak and didn’t allow him to spend a penny on himself. I was naïve and helped him during that time and believed his words that he would return the money as soon as he will get married. After his marriage, nothing changed and he still owes me money. On asking, he said that his wife wont give the money and he is no position to explain that who is he giving so much money to and did he ask so much money from a girl employee. I met his wife a few times and she appears one BIG freak women. She used to stare at me as a criminal and whenever I have tried talking to her back then, she passed sarcastic remarks.

I was so angry on him as he never stopped her insulting me and left hopes about my money that I owed and stopped talking to them. Now at this point, my parents are in need for money and I am sitting outside India. I just see him as the best bet since he owe so much money on me. Do you think I can retrieve that money back? If I have a boss (fortunately NO)who ask money from me, defenitely I will say NO.

If a person who is superior to you and drawing a better salary than you ask money from you (MEANS HE IS USING HIS MONEY + TRYING TO USE OTHERS MONEY), DON' T GIVE.

Modern days people are trying to make use of others money OR play with others money. DO NOT ALLOW THIS SMART PEOPLE TO USE OR PLAY WITH YOUR MONEY.

He is a big cheat who joined with his wife to cheat you, No doubt. You think that his wife don' t know this BUT FROM MY FROM OBSERVATIONS (not experience in lending and borrowing)HIS WIFE KNOW THIS.THIS IS ONLY A TWO ARTISTS DRAMA.

send him a letter asking for your money and clearly state that he owe you that.Let him reply.Or if he is careful enough not to send a letter then make a call and record it.

Once u have this letter or a recorded conversation.Tell him that u will show it to his wife and it wud spoil everything.May be he will give you the money.just an idea.It may or may not work.

Don' t make the evidence as a mail because he cud always say his mail id was hacked long before that mail.



abc replied. It is quite strange that your boss borrowed money from you..but you said you are outside india...are you in US/Canada? If so, can' t you and your husband help your parents?
Unless you have a proof that you gave that money to your boss, it would be hard to get it back from him. S replied. Are you stupid ? why did you first of all gave money to him.I am sure he must have acted like attracted towards you to get money.Now you learned your lesson.There is nothing we can do about these kind of people.Goodluck
