Hi,

My 8 month old started solids at 6 months and now has cereals, gerber fruits and veggies.
I would like to start giving her home made food.
please suggest recipes for homemade cereals, veggies, fruits and rice. When can we start giving rotis, dosa, idly?
Also, when can we start with mild spices, salt?

Thanks,

your baby is ready for roti soaked in dal,,dosas and idli,,check for ne bowel issues,,some kids felt gassy when toor dal was introduced..
if you think your baby got gassy coz of idli or dosa,,increase the prop of rice with respect to urad dal..

you can also start him with mild spices like salt,turmeric,cumin-corandr pwder,hing,curryleaves/curry leaves pwder,,,
