Hi Sumathi ,Glad to know how you are doing. Oh thats very good news.
Oh if your GC is approved as dependent than no need to worry as marriage is still rock solid.
Dont worry about your husband.I really feel if you are near your husband in same city there is a very good chance he can be influenced to have family relaionship with you and the baby.
As far as me i am stuck still in GC process as my husband is little laid back in pushing aggressively with lawyers.i hope to tell you the same news.And a faint positive news on my part is my parents have been positive to the news if i decide to separate from my husband and i might just go ahead after i get my GC.
I really feel it will be good if you come back to US and know the details of the case.Its just a suggestion.I feel your husband will respond positive to this move of yours.

Dear dddd, thanks for your mail. I am also thinking about coming back there. I need to know the verdict. There shouldn´ t be any problem to me upon entering there. My husband is refusing to talk to me. I guess life will be tough when i get back. So i am seriously thinking about the pros and cons.
You wait till GC. Back here the family court is full with divorce cases. Parents are supportive if their daughters are not happy in their married life. Since there is no immigration problem, girls move ahead faster! We can´ t say if it is good. Somehow it is our life and we have to face it! Take care.

Dear dddd, just now i came to share my story and i am moved by your enquiry. I have a good news! My green card has been approved though i didn' t get it on hand. Now my immigration issue is solved, that too at the right time! It is really unexpected and it is certainly a mirace! I am thanking God for this help.
I came to know that judgement is given for my husband' s pettition at the US court. I don' t know the content of it and i am waiting for knowing it.
My husband is still not talking to me. I am contemplating on my next move.

Hi Sumathi,
You crossed a major hurdle. Now you are independent in lots of ways. Dont worry your husband might be angry. Men have to feed their ego too right.My husband was also angry and hurt still is but he cant do anything to me as he is scared now i can do anything.
Dont worry.Your husband will soon start missing you and the baby. Otherwise think its his loss. Even i tell my husband same thing if i leave u and go it will be your loss not mine. I am just waiting for my GC.
Is your husband very very attached to his family. I have seen a some thing in
my family. That girl is a distant relative. listening to his mom her husband drove her to her parents house 2-3 times. He used to say parents can never be wrong. The 3rd time she didnt go back pleading sorry as earlier times.so then her in laws pleaded her to come back and she is happy. Otherwise her mil had a habit of picking on her for everything.Now she is alone with her husband and kids and in laws in a different house in same city. Is your husband like her husband.means your mil and sil have strong influence on him.
How is your baby doing?
