As per ur question in the other query, my parents are from Chennai. They are not eligible for dropbox. They got interview date after 8 weeks. They made reservation for interview through ttsvisas dot com site. U can book for them online if they cant use drop Box.
I think u can book for Mumbai Counsellate in the following website.
