I know i have been out of touch for quite some time but really i was very busy with moving and stuff. Still setteling down. slowly doing it.

Anyways i had my ultrasound this friday. it was really very exciting to see the baby inside. everything was fine. my due date also remains same which is 26th of oct. we did'nt want to know the sex of baby so she did'nt tell us.

manvi as u asked i am in my 21st week and due on 26th oct. i am from texas. when r u due?

Anu congratulations that u r going to have a boy. now u ahve to think only boys name. i have to search for both names. haven't started yet.

Radhika i forgot did u had ur ultrasound? did u find out the sex of baby? do let me know

when i went in untrasound room and started looking at my baby i got tempted to find out the sex of baby. but my husband was very strong determined. he did'nt let me do that. anyway its good to have surprise also.

i will try to be more frequent from now on. realy our board is really active and am proud to be part of it. really lots of our questions get ressolved through communicating.

i think its quit a big post now so i will leave now. more later

Glad u r back..

Happy to see u back on the forum..and about ur u/s news..Glad everything is fine..I did have my u/s last month, was my first one..no idea if they do another one here. We had fun during the u/s baby was kicking, more like exercising ...nurse was trying to make it be still so she could measure the length, saw him/her sucking the thumb too..that really moved us..we did get a video tape, seen it umpteen times now..though its just 4/5 mins long..still feels good..otherwise am fine...feel baby kicking off and on mainly when i am just sitting at work/home.
Hope u r enjoying ur new place and have friends closeby to help and talk to u..

Hi Sweta,
I am also due the same day as you. Oct 26th... Its nice to have someone in the same due date. Where are you in texas? I am in Austin.
I felt few baby movements last week but then in the weekend didnt feel any. Is it normal to feel only on some days and not all. I get scared when i dont feel the baby move.... Also the movement is just like flutters , no kicks yet....
Anyways will be waiting to hear from you.

Hi vidhya

Good to know that your due date is also same as mine. I am from Houston,tx. Not far from austin. Have been alot to austin. Its really nice place to live.

Regarding baby movements i don't think u have to worry. I am also in the same boat. someday i feel some movements which is flutters only and the other days none. I was also worried so i talked to my dr. She said u will able to feel baby movements after 26 week whick will be like kick. before that u don't have to worry . u will only fell flutters and that also not regularly coz sometimes we are so busy doing work we don't even notice it. so don't worry and relax

Hi Sweta,

Welcome back dear after a long gap. Hope you have settled your house. Yah, I am going to have a baby boy. Need to search for names.As Manvi said, I need to get ready for cute mischievous boy. My mom says boys move a lot when they are inside also. Now itself I can find my baby too active. He kicks me left and right all the time.

During my U/S, they said my baby weighs one pound and 11 ozs. Did they tell u how much your baby weighs ? One of my friend's baby is just 12 ozs. I am almost a pound a head of her. Not sure what is the average baby weight. Do let me know about your baby. I have doc appointment this wednesday and I will check with her.

And my parents will be here end of August. Awaiting to see them. When are you planning to bring your mom or mil ?

OOps i forgot to tell..........

in the last mail i forgot to tell that my MIl and FIL are coming in october. they are planning to be here first week of october. They have been here before but it was more then 2 years so they had to apply again for visa which they got it for 5 years. but they did had to go for interview which is a new rule now.

Its really good to be back. i will try to be regular from now on. Still settling in the house. its nice felling but lonely also.
About baby weight my dr. said baby is 13oz. I think u might heard ur dr. wrong. i don't think baby is going to be this big . may be u can confirm it by calling them again. also my Lmp and ultra sound due date is same which is 26th of oct so the dr. said baby's growth is perfect.It was really great to see another life living inside u. i was really thrilled. i asked them to tape the ultra sound but they refuses to do so. they said its against their policy. anyway they gave us some pictures so was just wondaring how to preserve those pictures?

Rest is fine. having leg cramps in the night so my dr. suggested to kepp my feet elevated as much as possible.
