HI everyone
i am 17, and my bra size 34 A, i dont know if it is the correct size for my age, coz i feel they r too small, n also i am starting to get a podge, n bcoz of that my breasts seems even smaller. so sisters, is there any exercises that i cud do at home to increase the size of my breasts n to decrease my tummy, i wud really appreciate if ne1 cud give me some ideas on this.

Dear Warsha' im 21myself 'but i'v searched alot for health n fitness inmy last few yrs.coz i was too obese in my early teen after dat it was too hard to reduce weight n get fit again'i would like 2 suggest u for belly!!! its better to exercise like jogging!Swimming!bla bla ...but for such asian women dey r not allowed for so easily ' so' u may try skipping rope!Hula hula ring'(U may know it right!)n u should skip oily food' skip faty food' specially fried rice better to eat boiled instead of friend ! n also skip 2much sweets'!!!
4 breasts!!! i'll say for a time being u can wear foam bra' dat available n +u can get breast increasin lotions its also available in pharmacies' Warsha i guess! u need 2 check out ur meal intake r u eattin properly instead of eattin anithing or 2much! so' i bliev u can make much more den only dis'n yea' also try to walk alot instead of sitting on one place try to walk !
