Body and Fitness:Need to loose weight urgently please help me

Can you please help tell me how to loose weight i am only 17 and over weight i look fat i am fat can i consume something to loose weight and what exercises should i do i plan on loosing weight before december right now its august i have 4 months i would like ot atleast loose 20 pounds someone help i dont have time to go to a gym and i have no equipment availabe at home. HELP! please!!

Hi,
U hve four mts to lose 20 pds right. U can do it if ur really serious abt it. My hubby lost 20pds in 4 mts. Iam going to tell u what he did. But, u shl hve real will power to do it. Wake up at 6.00 and drink a cup of water in emptry stomach and jog out or run in a treadmill. Atleast u hve to walk and run in treadmill for one hr for 5 days in a week. Either run in 5.0 to 5.5 or walk in 4.0 to 4.5. U can take rest by walking in 2.5 just for 2 mins and again start with running or walking in the given speed. After a nice bath, hve a plain Oatmeal with a fat free milk and after 4 hrs hve one cup of rice with lot of veggies, after two hrs drink fat free yogurt, after two hrs, eat fruits or apple, again after two hrs hve vegetable soup and around 7.30, drink a cup of fat free milk and then full stop. U shl not hve anything after 7.30. Go to sleep by 9.00. Drink 1 litre of water in b/w to fill ur stomach. If u do this in regular basis, am sure u'll reduce 20pds in 4mts as i hve seen my hubby reduced.

Hi,

Why don't you try taking lemon juice in warm water by adding 1/2 tsp honey. You'll have to take this early morning in empty stomach. This will sure help you to reduce fat content from Ur body.
