I want 2 know what goes a long way/is the shorter route 2 losing kilos-doing crunches or aerobics?Please advice me.

Successful weight loss requires a permanent change of eating habits, together with adjustments in various lifestyle areas.

i strongly suggest that u shd do both....20 minutes of streneous aerobic exercises followed by crunches...because just doing crunches won't help u lose weight...believe me...i've done it...and the results do pay off...

You don't need to lose weight every week to ultimately succeed. A lot of people get so discouraged if they don't see the scale move down every week. But it's part of the process. Just keep telling yourself how proud you are that you're taking care of yourself and how good you feel now that you're on the journey. The weight loss will follow — never fear.
