Hi,
What are the different protiens I can give my 11 month old son ? Currently he is on bf (5 times a day), rice+veg+fish, idli/dosa/bread/biscuit (morning), ragi/cerelac, oats+milk. He got stomach upset (loose motion) when I tried adding dal to rice...what else can I give him ?

Thanks
Dana

When giving moong dal first, fry them till golden colour, giving nice aroma, and then pressure cook, so that it is easy to digest.

Try giving moong dal, thats light for the stomach & easy to digest. YTur dal is heavy & may lead to loose motions.
Take care
