Due Date Club November 2003:Lamaze Classes

Hi! All!
My doctor's office during my last visit gave me a folder containing info on Registering for Lamaze Classes. When is the best time to take these classes? I am due on Nov14th. So, when should I be completing the classes?
These are 5 week classes. I am thinking to take them from august ending to september ending. Is that too early? the next batch is from sep 19th to oct17th.
Lot of pregnancy books says we should start these classes from week 27 or 28.
Any suggestions??

Hi Guys. In UK they don't have any such classes. They do offer ante natal classes telling about exercise and delivery but nothing on a regular basis. Are these classes similar? Please advice. Good luck to all of you for ur classes.

I have no idea about ante natal classes. In lamaze classes they teach the breathing techniques to follow during labor and some useful stuff.

Hey Suma, My doc advised that I start going to the classes by mid to end of September. I am due the same time as you too.

Hi Suma,

I have also registered in Lamaze classes mine will start from sep 6 till oct 4. Genrally you should finish them one month before your due date. That's what I know.
