Hi I had a baby 11 months back. I have lost all extra weight but want to know how to make my tummy flat again and uplift my breasts

The best way to shed the tummy flab is to walk, walk and walk. Because it is the first and last way to remain healthy and active.

Tummy flab can be shed off instantly, if you try to drink, water, juices etc. LIquid diet is the only solution.

For a flat stomach, do stomach crunches. Ive just had a baby 2 months back and these are really helping

The most ideal way to trim the tummy is either by wearing a tight panty with an attached cotton belt. That will keep the tummy in it place.

If u had an cesearian, then u should not use any belt. I suggest excersise, Walking is the best on as suggested by Chanchal.
