Eating Problems:What fruits to feed in winter

We have just shifted to Australia and experiencing winter for the first time. I have a 15 month old baby and was wondering as to what kind of fruits can I feed her in winter i.e. should fruits like banana, oranges etc., and cold stuff like yoghurt be avoided since it will lead to her catching a cold or is this just a myth. Could anybody please advise.

oods do not cause colds. That's an old wives tale. Colds are caused by viruses so feed you child all the fruits available but keep the germs away by washing hands often & cleaning toys often.
