Hi everyone.
I am confused as to wheather we can cook the formula milk... i use formula milk only to add to the foods otherwise my dd is on BM. My MIL says i am not supposed to cook the formula milk... i use it to make raagi/banana powder/oats/sooji kheer. adding milk after i switch off the stove as my MIL says, I don't get the consistency of the food correct.. Can you pls help me.. sorry if my question is confusing.

if you are inclined in gving so much formula,,mix it with water, make the liquid form and keep it aside.
make the recipe of kheer or watever you are giving,,make that in water or diluted cows milk with water,,, once done, when the dish is warm(not hot),mix the formula milk(water+formula) in that and then serve to your baby!! simple !!!

boiling is not recommended ! also if you use the boiled liquid in the recipes, often its seens either like curdled or too lumpy..
baby formulas when reach certain temperatures often tend to lose its nurtional values....these temperatures should not be \" hot\" ...just warm is more than enough,,even microwave formula is not recommended !
