Hello,

I had my first child last year and ever since then I have been trying to lose weight. It seems like no matter what I do it's not working. I've tried to exercise regularly and even eat healthy. I think my last hope will be to try a product my friend told me about called Quick Slim Diet. Has anyone ever heard of it? If so I would really like to here from you! My friend told me it was an all natural product and it can't harm my body in any way. Anyways, please get back to me as soon as possible.......I really want to get rid of this access fat.

Not a problem to lose weight. U should do it naturally though so dont bother with the slim quick drugs you can take. Go to www.slimquickly.co.uk they offer natural weight loss programmes.

Please first find out if you are suffering from a hormonal problem. Also how much weight have you put on and are not able to get rid of? You haven't mentioned any of this. Isuffered from the same problem and I had a major hormonal problem and had gained 25 kgs but once that sorted out all the water that was getting retained becos of the hormonal imbalance just vanished and I started losing weight without a problem! Before that nothing was working.

i gained 20 kgs during my pregnancy & have lost 11 kgs . my son is 17 months old. how would i know if i have a hormorne disorder problem ? i watch what i eat but am still finding it hard to lose the 9 extra kgs, which is around my bottoms & legs.the rest of my body is slim as it used to be.
