Womens Issues:trying to loose weught after delivery (c-section)

hi friends
its been 2 months i had my baby ,my doctoe has given me a green signal to exercise but i still wanna know is it possible to loose 10 Kgs in 4 months (i am breast feeding)
i shall appreciate some advise and encouragement

Hai

Don't worry about losing weight. I have reduce my weight and gain my original weight in eight months time. Looking after my son makes me to lose weight. Just imagine I was 68kgs before delivery and now I'm 46kgs. Back to normal.

DON'T WORRY ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT NOW. I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD CHILD. I HAD PUT ON WEIGHT HEAVILY AFTER MY DELIVERY. BUT ONCE SHE STARTED MOVING AND WALKING I STARTED LOSING MY WEIGHT WITHOUT ANY OTHER EXERCISE. YOUR CHILD IS A VERY GOOD HELPER TO LOSE WEIGHT!!! LOOKING AFTER HIM/HER IS A GREAT EXERSISE!!SO DON'T YOU WORRY!! .

hi malu,

do not worry about losing weight so early. ur baby is just 2 mnths old , just nourish urself well and feed the baby. I'm a mother of 9 mnth old baby and i have lost my weight tremendously without all the tiresome exercises. We stand a great chance in losing weight as we feed the baby.

Why the 4 month deadline.....Do all the stretches and all suggested to you by your doc but lay off the heavy exercises becos these will introduce toxins in your baby's milk. There is no hurry - before you know it the 10 kgs will disappear...It's more important to give your baby the healthiest diet possible thru your milk.....!
losing weight after delivering a baby is more a natural process so don't worry just now - i'm sure you will agree. Tone yourself up as you go along and that will keep you from getting fat!
