Hello friends...everybody has some problem ...i have this neverending problem.whenever i try to talk in english i get this unknown fear...i dont know why...on the spot ..i feel like i dont know what to say..or respond..its happing from long time...its not like i cant speak...its just the moment when i get stuck..i just smile n try to go away as soon as possible.but some tine ppl think i m so ...u know not good person or quite ..ans manymore.i speak to hubby n my baby in english...not althe time ...i do speak.
It just with friens n strngers...when i become statue...i cant even order for me in hotel or restaurent...i really feel bad...my hubby never complains...hez god to me
so friend pls show me some light....eagrly waiting for relpy..

Based on what you have written in this post, I don' t think that your English is bad at all. Just be confident and the flow will come automatically. Remember one thing while you talk to someone in English - they always understand what you are talking, so get that fear out of you and you' ll be fine.

1) Well u can try speaking in front of the mirrior.
2) Also you can go on a terrace and open your hands and feel some fresh air and some fresh energy.
3) Go on morning walks, make a friend who understands your mother tongue.And later can start communicating in English.
