Trying since long:Thinking about it all the time????

Name: rama I had one miscarriage last Sept. We are again trying since 2 months. It is not worknig out. I just can't stop thinking about it. What I think all the time is getting pregnant. I feel sad, hopeful,frustrated time to time. Does that have any effect of me not getting pregnant?

Think positive

Dear Rama,

Though your frustration and depression after the miscarriage is natural, try not to think too much about getting pregnant all the time. All experts agree that stress and tension have negative impact on the woman's overall cycle - not just conception and pregnancy. Miscarriage is nature's way of preventing abnormal births.
Dont think too much about what happened and what will happen - just live and enjoy the moments of togetherness.
