Breastfeeding:Milk Supply - Pls Help

Hi friends,

I am mother of 8 mo old. She is exclusively on BM. I feel my milk supply is going down. I wonder if she getting enough. I put garlic in the meals I cook and sometimes eat a clove of garlic at dinner time. I want to know is it suffcient. Also i read abt methi seeds in this board. But i am confused how much and how many times to take it in a day.

It seems your baby is finishing all the milk, which is okay as she is 8 months old!!

Give her some rice cereals, oatmeal careals and remember to give water frequently.

Hi. Fenugreek seeds are good to increase the milk supply. It can be eaten 2 to 3times daily after food. two tablet. Its absolutely herbal. No worries

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
