Breastfeeding:Need infornation regarding storing breast milk

Hi
My baby is 7 weeks old I will be joining work next week when she is 8 weeks old.Can anyone suggest me how to store breast milk My working hours are morning 8 to evening 5 .As the office is far I cannot reach home at lunch break.I want to give maximum breast milk for my baby.
During office hours if I feel heavy Can i express milk and store there a fridge in the office.It takes half an hour to reach home so by the time I reach home will the milk be bad.
How to store expressed milk?

Pls anyone help me.

Hi,
You can store breastmilk at room temp for upto 4 hours . You can refrigerate at work and then transfer to 'insulated cooler pack' on your ride home.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
