Hey I just want tell u girls those of who have PCOS, please shed down u'r body weight until u look very very thin. My siter in law and cousin had PCOS they tried for long time then tried to diet they became very very thin literally eating very less and walking a lot. After which they got pregnant.

2) Also i read on internet to drink grape juice and carrot juice daily . Grape juice increases Cervical mucous greatly
I 'am trying to drink from this month

I had PCOS from the day i was was matured,i am trying to concieve form last 1yr with no success,i ahve also reduced weight but all in vain.
Anyway i'll start drinking juices and try again.
