today i called my baby's(7 months) ped to ask what shud i feed her as solid food..he said i can give anything any amount to her baby if she doesnot shows any allergy.i am xcited.i have heard cheese,cow's milk,citric fruits,and some other foods which iz not gud untill 1 yr..but he said there's no such ..he said those are just studies..he said more than anyone guide us to feed our baby a parent shud know well abt thier baby's needs..but he said i shud not over load baby and respect baby's taste too.but he requested me to bm without formula untill atleast 8 months.i am happy..he asked to give plenty of fruit juices..he said itz alwasy gud to give without diluting if baby iz not allergic.
