hi all can anyone tell me when is a couple considered legally seperated? i wht is the durationof seperation. also asi am in canada wht allshld i take care off before i leave him.
leaving im sems to be a hard decisio but theni realize this is the best i can do or last thing to see if my marriage can be saved. coz he has taken me for granted. iwant him to realize wife also deserves love and respect and not just hismom. as he thinks his parents havedon him big favor of bringing him tothis world and it is his duty to take care of them and my MIL is such a witch who thinks tht her son shld be under her control.
I just cant believe how can inlaws not see tht his son can be happy with there wives? If they have such a prb thenthey shld nevery marry off there sons and keep them near to them all there liferather thn ruin there DIL lives

I really hope you come over with this situation. I wish i could help you but i myself am clueless. This happens i guess in most of the families. It comes down to the bottomline is how you deal with it, and how you as a husband wife, come together to understand the issue and solve it.
