Do i need to dilute fruit nectar of gerber for 10 month old

indu, your baby is just 2months apart from 1 year. i started all 1 year foods including 100% from 10months itself. my 3 kids were fine with that, except the one who had severe rash.
ask your dr and its better to give diluted juice until 1 year. my all 3 kids accepted 100% juices very well, but they had some mild heart burn on the first day. the second day onwards they were fine and drinking it well.
so i am advicing you to give diluted until 1 year.
please hetal or anyone correct me if i was wrong. i am speaking of experience and do not have complete knowledge.
