Feeding:hetal plz advice

Name: bavana my baby iz 6.5 months old.his fod chart as follows.
7 am bm
8 am cereal or porridge 4 oz.(ragi,rice,sweet potato,mixed cereals powder)
bm in between twice or thrice
2 pm - 2 oz of fruit juice(started 1 week back as per the advice frm my friends)
bm thrice or more in between
8 pm - same like morning 8 am food but mosttly fruits or veggies
bm at night .started formula milk of 2 to 3 oz anytime once a day frm last week

his weight iz 6.850 gms for 168 cms..loks very thin n others advice me that i may not b lookin after him well..i am worried..thank god he have not refused solid feed any time..he usually shows interest n i feed him solids within 5 min.he doesnot evn takle a brk..but why iz he not gaining enough weight?shud i feed more?plz help

some quick questions.

when did you start solids.
how many times specifically on an average you feed with formula and with bm ? how many ounces, how many times for how many mins.
what is birth weight ? is the weight you mentioned is current weight ????
