Hi,
I had 3 miscarriages in two years and I believe my Uterus is pretty weak.
Can someone please recommend any natural remdy which will help me to strengthened my Uterus? I will truly appreciate any suggestions.

How early did you have the miscarriages? At what week? Also did your doctor do any follow up check up and blood work.
There are lot of reasons for miscarriages:
1. Unusal shape of the uterus. Or some seperation in the uterus. This is detected via a pelvic exam or may be an ultrasound.

2. Blood clotting conditions like MTHFR, Factor 5 Lieden etc. These are detected only by specific RPL (repeated pregnancy loss) follow up blood checkup.

3. LPD - Luteal Phase Defect - where the time between ovulation and your next periods is less than 10 days. Apparently this can be fixed using progesterone.

4. Anti bodies.

There are treatments for all of the above. You need to have a complete RPL checkup. I too had 2 miscarriages at 6 weeks in the last 8 months. My OBGYN decided to do complete RPL checkup and we found out I have a blood clotting condition called MTHFR.
They are now treating me with extra folic acid , b6, b12 vitamins and Baby asprin.
Also vitamin b 6-12 is supposed to be good for the uterus lining.

Anyway ask your doctor to do a complete checkup
