Womens Issues:Sad because of my own habits,pl. help

Every morning i get up and think i should start my day fresh ,exercise,eat a well balanced diet look after my self well etc. etc...But minutes after my husband leaves for work i enter the kitchen and start eating any thing that is after my breakfast i have cream biscuits, namkeen etc.i feel stuffed,then i eat lunch and evening i have snacks again i have dinner and at night finally i have to take antacids and finally go to sleep .morning again iam very very guilty and iam ashamed on myself that why couldnt i control.i have to take care of my body,be healthy,do exercises but again i lose all that energy.days are becoming months months into years but iam just putting on weight becoming more tired and sluggish.HOW DO I COME OUT OF THIS VICIOUS CIRCLE

Try a loud announcent to ur hubby or friends that u r planning to exercise.

If you dont stick to it you will feel embarassed so that might force you to work out.

Prepare a timetable that will include ...cooking ..cleaning ..eating and exercising ..stick it in a very visible place like fridge or hall and stick to it.

Hi,
I found myself facing the same problem...I too need to lose weight but end up eating & lazing. But then u know you can not work on empty stomach. Try this...keep some healthy snacks ready like sprouts, or soups, diet biscuits etc. So the moment you feel like eating something, keep nibbling on them.These days diet namkeens are also available...keep them handy so that you dont get bored with the same bland food. Yes, about exercise, don' t make it mandatory to do it in the morning. Do it any time of the day, within a gap of 2 hours from meals. This will ensure that you do exercise...otherwise we tend to shirk it just b' coz we did not do it in the morning.If you have a excercycle or treadmill or sth at home keep it in the TV room so that you can do it while watching tv which makes it less monotonous.Going by this routine for a few weeks will help you develop healthy habits.
Worst case scenario....you can keep a fast for a few days...we indians r god fearing, we may stop dieting but we will not break a religious fast:)
