Any body knows how to improve our concentration?.I am studying, since we women go through lot of harmone imbalnce, it's difficult to stay mind stable.how to concentrate while reading? god bless replied. hi asd. good to know u r studying...well, different people have different concentration levels, some can concentrate best in mornings, others late night. Some like to study in complete silence and some like to have music on to keep the mind focussed. I for one found studying at night or early morning with complete quiet in the room helpful to learn and remember (revision). However, for first time reading, bit of music helped too.
Make sure you eat a while before, too much food makes u sleepy and hungry stomach keeps mind on food. So eat a while before, have a glass of water always handy and keep sipping water throughout when you read. Reading aloud helps but if you can't due to others in the house, then you could mutter under ur breath, it sure makes it easier to concentrate.
