HI SP,

I have only one tube and one fallopian tube. When i was 12 years i had my left ovary removed due to cycst. And last year my left fallopian had to be removed due to severely blocked fallopian tube.
At one point doctor told me that i cannot have a baby without IVF, ut ater surgery they told me that my right oveary and right tube are fine and i can conceive.
In india doctor told me that i cannot conceive naturally and i soon have to go for IUI. I had failed 3 cycles of clomid.

But u see still I have complete hope that one fine day i will conceive. For now i'am trying naturally, next month i have to see doctor and talk to her about my history as we moved from west coast to east coast.

But every doctor will have different opinion.

My sggestion for u is do visit infertility speacialist there, and get all u'r tests done. They do the tests fastly in India then in US

Don't worry eep hopes in life and my sincere advice to u is never get involved too much in TTC, that will drive u crazy and makes life difficult. just try and don't think on whether u r ovulating or not and also don't think about symptoms or don't even think that u might be forget, try and forget. Everything has its own time whenevre it has to happen it will happen
