Hi,

My daughter is 3 months old and totally on breastfeeding. I pump and feed in bottle. Next month Iam planning to travel to India. Pl advice on how to manage in flight I think we cannot pump in flight, Iam trying to breastfeed her its getting hard. Please help.

I had the same problem. I used medela handpump in the flight and managed pumping in the flight since it does not make noise.

The easiest way for now for you is to pump and freez your milk in advance, a few days before your journey.
In plane you can give it to air hostess
to keep refrigerated and ask for warm water to thaw.

if you want to get rid of this problem forever than you will have to teach baby to latch to breast. I did the same. Wish you the best.

Thanku for the suggestion. I will try to pump in the airport before leaving and ask them to refregerate I think that way I can manage first part on the travel and the next part I will give formula. Thanks a lot perks.
