Hi there,
I was September due but got a miscarriage after 5 weeks.I started bleeding on sunday and had to leave hope about this baby.I am feeling so bad.
Archie! my HCG level didn't reach to a required level.Can u tell me what is the reason for that.any precaution which i have to take now and for next time.

I am really in a state of shock. But dear all i can tell u is Pls. stay positive. Things will work wonders for u sooooon!! Might b this baby was not meant to b with u and ur hubby and it wanted to stay with HIM above and look at u both getting that babys sibling into this world soooon!!!! Pls. stay positive and pls. dont lose hope.

My dr.told me that it could be blighted ovum so it cann't be continued.Last week my HCG level was 95 and today it was 11 and she told me to go for another blood test after one week to see the HCG level.Archie!will all these pregnancy tissue pass out in the natural way as i was bleeding or i should ask for D&C.
One more question can herbs harmful in the early days after concieving.i took some herb's juice(kahda)for cold at that time(one week after my ovulation day).It was a mixture of some herbs like mulhati,anjeer,unnav,lisode,munkka,saunf etc.If it is harmful so i'll be careful next time.

miscarriage at 5 weeks could have many reasons and at time unavoidable.
could be a chemical pregnancy, not in hands to control

blighted ovum -which is most likely, better to loose than carrying for a few more weeks, because there is no fetus formed if this is what one has and pregnancy must end.

low progesterone -somewhat possible but not necessary and if identified can be corrected, usually one does not loose by spotting. you will experience spotting or even sort of flow and your Dr. can prescribe progesterone supplement to control. I don't think this was the case for you.


low lying placenta -common problem in first triemster, avoiding stress and physical duty can help.

archie strawberrypink replied. Sorry to hear such a crashing news.Didn't your Dr.takecare of your HCG level?what was the reason she told.I myself am in tears dear....Pls takecare of your health.
Did you go to emergency room when you 1st saw the spottings?Pls ask her the reason and How to avoid it the next time?So that you ll know how to handle the things....
