HI All,
I stay in Bahrain and here i couldnt find barley flour. But I could easily find Pearl Barley. Can anyone of u let me know whether I can grind this to make barley flour.

Also I have a confusion whether Barley flour and awararoot powder are the same thing?

Please let me know I want to introduce barley cereal to my kido who is about to be 7 months.

Hey Ruchi,

There is this place in Adliya which has a flour mill. I was in bahrain 3 yrs ago hence i dont know if it still exists. we had done some grinding there during Diwali. You could chk with any Indian friends there.
