Problems in School:Type of schooling
2006-03-27
Name: Kids Education

Hi All,
I am a working mother & my husband runs his own business. We have 3.5 yrs boy, last year we put him into a state syllabus school for pre-nursery. He didnt like the school and the teachers are also not very caring He is quite bright and learnt a lot, he refuses to answer them properly in tests/exam. Can anybody suggest what type of schooling is good for kids of his age.ICSE, CBSE or Montessorie? Which schools are good in Bangalore around Jayanagar

It is good to put him in CBSE as ICSE is very tough. State board as Priya has suggested is not of v. good standard as they have problem coping up later when they take up professional courses, of course differs from case to case. There are schools like Sudarshan Vidya Mandir, Kumaran's, PSBB, Brigade school, Jyothi Kendriya Vidyalaya, JSS, Aurobindo, Carmel Convent, Silicon City Pub. School, St. Pauls. U can call up 23333333 or 22222222 to get phone nos of these schools and call them. All the best.
