Rather than go by your intution, please go visit your doctor soon. If your pregnancy is viable, they will probably put you on complete bed-rest and give you medicines to continue safely. I've been through the same experience, so I'm telling you its best to get medical attention at the earliest.

If you have miscarried, as you think you have, they'll check it out and do a D&C if required. If you don't get this done on time, infection could set in and cause adverse effects to your health. Either way, please don't wait for nature to take its toll.

Some things are just meant to happen, and don't ever blame yourself for it. No amount of eating well, taking rest etc will help if you were destined to miscarry. It's nature's way of rejecting what was not formed properly and 1 in every 5 pregnancies end this way.I know no words can comfort you, I was on the very edge myself but researching more on this after it hapenned to me taught me that its a common occurence and it can happen to anyone, however healthy they are or how much ever they take rest..Hang in there...and don't despair.Forget it as fate and keep your spirits up. It'll be alright next time.
