hai iam trying for baby since 5 months my periods are irregular due to over weight and usually gets delayed every time its get delayed I feel like iam pregnant and stop excercising is excercising doing any thing harm
one more thing after how many of the period date i sud do Dr reddy's lab home test plz plz answer if u know

Hello sinchoo,

You have not mentioned when you had your last period.You need to calculate from the First day of the last period and if you missed your period then you can take the htp.However this might or might not be +ve as you mentioned that your periods are irregular.You shd have added the freq you get your periods.
