hai,

can anyone tell me by doing situps can we reduce tummy. waiting for UR replies eagerly.

yes u can..try alternating ur sit ups..like the side crunch or the side curl..these are a few good crunches and worked 4 me( i have a 2 pack lol)
1) lie flat on the floor and hands behind ur head..try and pick up ur legs about 10 inches from the floor without bending one by one and dont touch them on the floor..kick in the air like ur doing a backstroke..do this for about a minuite
2)lie with ur knees bent and flat back on the floor and hands behind ur head get upto ur knees using ur stomach muscels only do not pik up ur feet from uthe ground or ur back..do this about 50 times and then alternate by bringing ur left elbow to ur right knee and ur right elbow to ur left knee..
