Name: pls help



i have a problem. i cant sleep well during night. for the past few months i am hardly sleeping for 4 hours every day. this is really effecting my health & activities. is there anything i can do at home to get a good night sleep? help me.

Don't fret that its a problem. Take it as an opportunity to read a book, complete some work which you have been postponing. Utilise that time instead of forcing yourself to sleep or worrying about your health. Lack of sleep does not spoil physical health but surely spoils mental health. Because an idle mind is a devil's workshop. So try to keep yourself busy.
Be optimistic that its a passing phase.

I had this problem.if you worry too much normally these kind of problem comes.you can do breathing excercise before sleep , it really helps like pranayama.& also concentrate on your breath, while sleeping , feel the air coming & going from your nose.I heard celery juice helps in sleep. i hope this helps!.
