Name: Karishma Hi archie and friends,

I am in my 21st day of my cycle and constantly being monitored via USG. I have 2 follicles in my right ovary measuring 26X25 and the other one measuring 23X23. I am really worried as my doctor has already given me a shot of Leuprolide day before yesterday for rupturing my follicles. I have been again called by my doctor in the evening and hav been told to do a sono again to see the result. I am just keeping my fingers crossed so tht the follicles rupture and my IUI is done sooooooon.

Archie, Pls. tell me if there is anything wrong going on in my cycle. I am really worried. God knows wats happening to me, friends!!!

Dear Karishma,

Dont stress out too much....i know easy to say , but telling u frm my own advice.When i did my ivf cycle i went in bieng prepared for the worse so taht i dont get too dejected.....but luck favoured me and my prayers were answred.

So just keep cool....and god willing u will soon give good news. Just keep praying thru out...as it has immense powers.

Karishma,
you should be OK. Hopefully they will rupture and IUI will be grand success. were you on medication for ovulation because you said you have two follicle. Size of follicle looks good for process.
I think try not to have stress on your husband the quality/quantity of sperm matters. Wait for 15 days post IUI to see the results.

Hi archie,

Yest. sono reports are 27X27 for the 1st follicle and the other follicle is 24X23 and still the follicles hav not been ruptured.

Yest. doc gave me a shot again of Profasi. Hope it ruptures by today or tomm the latest.

Actually since my ovulation is happening late for this month, thats wat is worrying me. If the follicles dont rupture, Doc said he might abort this months IUI. Am feeling sad bcaus of that. Hoping my follicles rupture today or by tomm.

I was on siphene 100 for 5 days. thats it and then doc started give my HCG shots for my follicles to increase.

Now the probs is that my doc says the follicles hv fairly increased than expected, but its not yet ruptured.

My minds not working for the sake of this.
