It's me again. Today I went for another Blood test and the results came back Shocking.Today the HCG level dropped to 26.4 from 290 on (29thDec)Thursday.But the Progestrone level is 6 compared to 4.5 on (29thDec)thursday.Now my Doc wants me to repeat another bloodtest on Friday(Jan6)I don't have any symptoms except breast pain and heaviness.My spotting has also stopped.Please let me know your thoughts.Thankyou.

Lucky,
do not loose heart. keep positive and relaxed, rest and take a blood test again. soreness of breast is mainly due to increased progesterone. with expected rise of progesterone the hCG might have been wrong readings. Lets hope that way and confirm all on Friday blood data.

Hi Lucky,
Relax. Just think positive things..... Maybe it's just a fluke low reading and when you go back next time it will have increased.

Don't mean to alarm you but both times when I was pregnant and miscarried once at 6 weeks and once at 5 weeks, my HCG LEVELS were high initilaly and started coming down ......
did they see a sac and your fetus in the Ultra sound?
If yes you should be OK.
Again relax.... remember you cannot stop a miscarriage from happening or make you HCG levels go up on their own... so just leave it and whatever is best for you and the fetus will happen OK. go to your doctor again let us know what happened.

Thanks much on sharing ur thoughts.Yes I am relaxed.They just took an ultrasound last thurs to see if everything is ok with my ovaries and stuff.So the nurse told me that at that time they weren't able to see any sac or anything because nobody had any clue that i was pregnant (includingMyself).I have to go this Friday to repeat the blood test.But i don't feel any nausea or vomitting sensation even.I know each pregnancy is diff.as this is my second preg.Any way let's see if HCG rises on friday.There is absolutely no cramping or spotting of any kind.
